Expedia had confirmed our booking at this hotel. But when we arrived here, we were told our booking is not available with them. And so for a place to stay, we had to spend a lot of time calling/visiting nearby hotels all of which were booked out. Not sure if this was an Expedia issue or this hotel's issue.

We got to the hotel at 330 and check in was at 3. Our room was not ready and we had to wait 25 minutes for our room to be ready. There was only two housekeepers for the entire hotel. Also no manager was present.
