Front Staff was very nice.. on request they changed the room to ground floor, very safe and clean hotel. Only part it says lake view but there is no lake view, Pool and Spa was closed which was a bummer… and in breakfast they mixed non veg and veg. Overall staff was very Nice

We had a very good stay. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We got the view to lake Lowell room which has a beautiful view of surroundings. Breakfast was good although some of the food items were over by 8:30.

The queen bed mattress in the room and pillows were not in good condition, our back started hurting next day. Breakfast service was poor as most of the time food wasn’t there even if we went before 9 am. There was some beeping noise next to our room which interfered with our sleep. I told the front desk about the noise but they couldn’t figure out.

Rooms not cleaned when I checked in (dirty floor) No lotions provided. After I got to the room I had to call for house keeper to clean and I left room for cleaning. Once I got back to the room the lock wasn't work properly. I had to travel to the front dest three times to solve the problem. Although my wife & me were tired we're asked to leave & come back later w/ just a sorry.

Had there been a notice about seasonal hot tub closures when I booked, I would have looked elsewhere. It’s also weird to close the hot tub during the best time to use it. The sheets and comforter had holes in them. It smelt terrible- the sulfur and chemical smell was too much at times. I’m sure the breakfast was fine but when we went to try it we just watched hotel guests putting their hands all over everything and it seemed unsanitary.
