Very homey. Loved all the decorations and free breakfast. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is, to my taste, the bed wasn’t as comfy as I like. But, I’ll gladly go back again!

I stay at a lot of pet-friendly hotels and Patti's is a breath of fresh air. Super clean, very friendly staff, a large area to walk my dog. Everything was easy and comfortable. Call while en route to let them know you have a pet.

This weekend trip was our second visit to Patti’s to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the time in the hotel. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was comfortable as well. You’ll need to make your reservation well ahead of time because the hotel is always packed. The included breakfast is excellent! Our only complaint might be that the handicap shower head is no longer height adjustable for short people who might not want to get their hair wet! Not a deal breaker. Highly recommend this destination!

Patti’s is a very welcoming southern resort. The people are lovely, courteous, and kind. The facility is very homey with round tables around the breakfast area and a popcorn machine. The room decor is fantastic. Every room has a different theme. We stayed in the movie room and our friends stayed in the Beatles room. We heard a gentleman and his wife ask for the Dolly Parton room. We were eager to go back next year and get a different theme and check it out There’s a terrible smell in the elevator and staff tried so hard to offset it, but they were not able to. Management was fairly sure it was a maintenance issue with the back up sump pump. Someone was coming out in the next few days to address it so hopefully it’s not a chronic issue.

First let me say that I was very excited to stay here for my birthday. The staff, stellar and customer focused. The beds, I slept okay. The lobby area and breakfast was great! The rooms were sub par. We had no move after the tv stopped working in the first room and there were dead bugs in the corners. The second room was cleaner and larger and the tv worked. I went to take a dip in the pool as it as 100* and it was gross! Filter didn’t appear to be working with bugs and slime on top of the water. I was very, very disappointed! This place could be great but they need to invest some money. Certainly not what I expected from a hotel associated with Patti’s Settlement. The yummy breakfast IMO doesn’t make up for a room they should cost half the price. Had I not had dinner reservations for my birthday at Patti’s I would have complained and canceled.
