The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff was kind. The breakfast could have a few more options, but the staff working it kept things stocked. I would stay here again. Kids like the pool.

Checkin was terrible. Arrived at 2:30, 30 minutes prior to check in time. Room not ready. Desk clerk could not give me a time. At 3, she said again it wasn’t ready. I asked when, she didn’t know, housekeeping was not her department. I asked if she could check, she said after she checked in the 7 people behind me. Another desk person arrived and took care of it immediately. I suspect my room was an upgrade. Just a little kindness would have gone a long way
