Constructed in 2020! Commonwealth Cottage is an modern, cozy getaway in Paducah on site of the Commonwealth Event Center. Enjoy the 16 acre grounds with a panoramic pond view while being located a mile from Paducah’s main hub. Enjoy ample indoor space for up to 8 guests to stay & a back porch to enjoy the view. The main room includes a king bed, mini fridge and microwave, dining table, & living room with a sleeper sofa. An additional bedroom includes a full bed with twin bunk & trundle. The Cottage is on the property of the Commonwealth Event Center. This works great as an overnight stay for guests of events happening at the Commonwealth & others who are visiting Paducah. KY Oaks Mall -> 1.5 mi away Chickfila -> 1.2 mi away Downtown -> 6.5 mi away Main suite is accessible for all guests. Bunk bed room will be accessible when 3 or more guests are staying. Keep in mind this property is next door to an event venue. Events are usually only on Saturdays & are required to end no later than 11pm.

What an absolutely AMAZING home in the most beautiful, quaint town! Justin and his wife could not have been more caring and responsive, making the entire experience one of the best VRBO stays I’ve ever had. Thank you - we will definitely return!

Not as clean as it should be. Had to call for extra washcloths, only one handtowel for six days. Cobweb in the corner, by the kitchen sink and bathroom. TV about to fall off of wall, we had to tighten it up. The rug in the bedroom area, really needs to be tossed or cleaned, you can smell it while sitting in the kitchen chair. Someone left a bag out on the back porch around the leg of a chair. It is such a cute place, but, needs some tender loving care.

We have owned our own bed and breakfast as well as vrbo. We focused on ‘all things important’ to providing our guests with the best experience. The owners of this lovely cottage certainly do the same thing. The back deck was a favorite feature for our morning coffee. Book your next stay here, and you will not be disappointed!
