The building smelled like weed. The second floor felt very unstable. Walking down the hall you could almost feel the floor bouncing with your steps. Walls are paper thin, heard the 3rd floor all night long. Was charged a service fee, which should be refunded after a so many days but never ever before at any other IHG hotel have we ever been charged a service fee. I would not stay at this hotel again.

The smell hits you as soon as you walk in and only gets worse once you reach the room. The shower doesn’t drain at all, making it unusable, and the overall cleanliness was so poor that none of us felt comfortable even getting under the covers.
