Amazing staff, very kind and going above and beyond. They washed my uniform because I desperately needed it the next day. Clean and very comfortable rooms, with great selection of coffee, tea, hot chocolate and biscuits.

The staff were all incredibly cheery and helpful. The food was excellent (coleslaw to die for!). The local beer, Hicks, was a good temperature. Fantastically cheap breakfast of anything! Dogs welcome in any room. England World Cup game was televised but the supporters were put in a large TV room away from the residents.

Very hot, needed fan on all night as room was sweltering hot, and wasn’t even a particularly hot day. Check-in took half an hour as they wanted to serve all the people at the bar first! But overall service was ok and breakfast very good.

The Farmers Arms is especially welcoming to dogs. My dog even was given a sausage for her breakfast everyday. Bedroom was really clean and inviting with superb shower. Parking was safe and very easy too

Great atmosphere in bar and restaurant all staff and locals really welcoming pity the place is so far away from home Accommodation typical of a village pub but great room and facilities Good choice of beers large breakfast with plenty of options ideal for evening meals too
