Leider war der Garten bei unserer Ankunft so zugewuchert,daß wir den Zugang zum Pool und See kaum nutzen konnten. Erst am Ende des 2. Tages kamen, nach mehrmaligem Anfragen die Gärtner und haben während wir gemütlich Grillen wollten, mit lauten Motorsensen für 2 Stunden den Garten bearbeitet. Das Haus, was sehr schön und groß ist, ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Wäsche war sauber,aber daß Geschirr musste erstmal gespült werden und es war sehr staubig. Als die Kaffeemaschine kaputt ging, die auch nicht neu aussah, wurde hinterfragt ob das unsere Schuld sei, dann müsste das von der Kaution abgezogen werden. Das fand ich anmaßend. Ansonsten war die Betreuung von Lago Vacanze hervorragend, auf Fragen wurde immer sofort reagiert. Und nachdem der Weg im Garten frei geschnitten war, konnten wir direkt in den See,das war ganz toll.
