Menyenangkan nginap diparai tapi perlu ada koreksi yaitu, selama menginap 4 malam disana dg suite room yg kamar atas kenapa tidak ada satu pun petugas yg bertanya seperti apakah kamar perlu dibersihkan?apa perlu air minum, ganti handuk dll, pdhl ada petugas cleaning service yg lewat tp kamar kami dilewati klo gx tanya mau minta air dan tisu toilet gx dikasih ac nya 2 tapi kurang dingin jadi sedikit kepanasan klo pas siang dan malam hari gx pernah pake selimut jika malem tidur selama nginap 4 hari dikamar tsb, klo makanannya ok kita suka…kedepannya supaya lebih diperhatikan lagi kenyamanan customer, thank you and appreciate it
