Perched at the end of a peaceful hilltop cul-de-sac, our gorgeously renovated Pacifica Poolside Oasis offers sweeping canyon views from both the pool deck and upper terrace—perfect for a serene coastal retreat just 23 minutes from SFO.

This thoughtfully designed villa is ideal for out-of-town family reunions, small team retreats, or intimate celebrations like elopements and milestone birthdays. With a heated pool (additional pool heating fee), hot tub, barrel sauna, and plenty of space to gather and relax, it feels like your own private boutique hotel—just minutes from the beach and all that the Bay Area has to offer.
*Pool heating is an optional add-on service and not included complimentary with the stay.
This is our family home and our neighborhood. We welcome respectful guests seeking connection, calm, and comfort, but please note: this is not a party house or large event venue. Kindly review our house rules carefully before booking.

The Layout
As you enter, you’ll be asked to remove your shoes—something we do to keep the home tidy for all our guests.

Upstairs (Main Level):

   •   Two full bathrooms
   •   Access to the upper deck with gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating for 6-8 guests overlooking the canyon and pool

The home is equipped with strong mesh WiFi throughout, two smart TVs with live cable (including sports and news), a washer/dryer, and ample towels for your stay. If there’s something specific you need—like a particular channel or a high chair —just ask.

We love hosting, but we’re strict about the following to protect our home and neighbors:
   •   Primary guest must be 30+ years old
   •   No loud music, parties, or unapproved gatherings
   •   Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM (per City of Pacifica ordinance)
   •   Max 4 vehicles per reservation (ask us about overflow options)
   •   Only the number of guests listed may stay overnight
   •   All local visitors must be pre-approved
   •   A signed pool waiver and good neighbor agreement is required before check-in

Pool Safety:
   •   No lifeguard on duty—swim at your own risk
   •   Children must be actively supervised on the pool deck
   •   No food, glass, diving, or rough play in or around the pool

Exterior security cameras are in place at entry points and pool area for your safety and peace of mind.

This was one of the most fabulous properties we have been to! It was immaculate, spacious, and gifted with the little things you forget you need- plenty of cooking tools, paper towels, foil and parchment paper, toilet paper, dishwasher and laundry supplies- amazing! Our group of 6 couples had a wonderful 2 night stay this past weekend. Family vacation with our adult children

Annually I rent a house somewhere so our three adult children, spouses, girlfriend and grandkids can all be together for a few days. This house was just the ticket. We’ll appointed, great kitchen and family room where everyone could gather. The kids really enjoyed the pool too.

Pacifica is a really fun, pretty, hidden gem in the Bay Area. Do not miss heading down to the great, old Italian bakery in town. Jessica's home was really great for our 3 generation gathering. Terrific deck and dining area. The neighborhood requires thoughtfulness and respect, but I get the impression that these days, rentals are just having to be more careful and responsible, so don't let the detail the owners put into being sure they know who's in their house deter you. We found ownership to be very friendly and concerned with our wellbeing. Great stay!

Best VRBO property I've stayed at!

Awesome property for family gatherings with plenty of room to gather together, and spread out when needed. The owners have thought of everything you may need - great amenities for cooking, grilling, outdoor heater, fireplace, big TV, etc... Gorgeous views of the mountains from the patio and upstairs bedrooms. Absolutely comfortable for 2 families to gather with teenage kids to celebrate 80 yr old moms' birthday. 5 minutes drive to pacifica beaches, 20 minutes to half moon bay, 30 minutes to SF. Pool was super fun with pool toys, towels, everything you need to have fun. Cleanliness #1 and interior design is beautiful! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!
