2 bedroom townhome. Garage is available. Main level entry has nicely stocked kitchen, large dining table, eating bar, living room with comfy furniture and gas fireplace and 1/2 bath. There is a nice sunny back patio with hot tub & BBQ. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom with queen bed, TV and full bath with shower. Another bedroom with queen bed. And cute twin/twin bunk room with kids toys and TV. There is a full bath with tub in the hallway.
Parking: Maximum 2 Cars

Cancellation Policy:
1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 14 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
Occupancy Note:
Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.
