This cozy two bedroom farmhouse is perfect for small families, featuring a gorgeous private garden, outdoor dining, easy access to parks and trails, two covered decks, a fire table for soaking in an evening under the stars, and a fully-fenced backyard that makes it easy to keep an eye on kiddos at play. 

The covered front porch is the perfect place to kick back with a cup of coffee and take in the beautiful sights and soothing sounds of Orchard Walk Park and the nearby forest, with the sounds of bubbling water and rustling trees in the background. On the other side of the house, the covered back porch is conveniently located just off the kitchen and allows for grilling dinner no matter the weather. Be sure to take advantage of the outdoor shower just around the corner when you get back from an afternoon of fun and sand at the beach.

Inside, Sea Baby’s is a cozy place to hunker down on cold winter days and a cool place to relax on warm summer ones. Spread out on the large dining table with a puzzle, or settle in for the big game around the gas fireplace in the living room. Adjacent to the dining room, the kitchen is equipped with a gas range and is ready for anything from an easy lunch to a full holiday meal.
When it’s time to unwind with a movie or hit the hay, head upstairs to the media room and bedrooms. Kids can sink into the comfy media room sofa after a full day of fresh air and wrap up their evening with some TV before bed. The neighboring primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom and guest queen bedroom are fantastic places to rest and recharge for tomorrow’s adventures.

Sea Baby’s is just steps away from Horseshoe Park where kids, and kids at heart, can spend hours playing games like soccer, spikeball, football, frisbee, and cornhole. Tennis, pickleball and basketball courts, as well as a horse pasture and Windgate Barn, are also a stone’s throw away.
