Nadine & Pascal welcome you to a charming, carefully restored 19th century winemaker's house, bordering a small cul-de-sac on a vast 1 ha natural property, on the edge of a peaceful, picturesque little rural hamlet, full of charm & perfectly preserved, adjoining the charming typical village of Ozenay (rich with a listed 12th century Romanesque church & a 15th century medieval castle). Peace & total tranquility in the countryside, nestled in a magnificent natural & green setting, a bucolic valley of meadows & bocage where a small river flows, surrounded by vast wild forests & wooded hills (with the famous Charolais cattle as privileged neighbors), a stone's throw from the first vineyards. Sublime preserved site, a literal haven of peace & serenity. Beautiful landscaped setting. Spacious, comfortable gîte. Warm, country-style character with a "family home" feel, enhanced by rich traces of the past (majestic beams and framework, French-style ceilings, fireplace mantel and stone lintels, etc.).
