Beautiful 82-square-meter apartment with a balcony, a warm and cozy atmosphere, and views of the mountains overlooking the resort at the foot of the slopes in the Grand Ski Area of Alpe d'Huez, located in a new, luxury residence.
Apartment for 8 people, available for rent Saturday through Saturday with 1 private parking space included; 1 master bedroom with a 160-cm double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower; 1 bedroom with a 160-cm double bed; and 1 bedroom with a 140-cm double bed. Plus a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. Linens, towels, and concierge services are included. The residence features a gym, a game room, a sauna, Internet access, and luggage storage. A ski locker with a boot dryer is available, offering direct access to the slopes.
The apartment is equipped with a flat-screen TV, an induction cooktop, a pyrolytic oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Jura espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine, a fondue set, a stone grill, and a vacuum cleaner. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower room. A hair dryer, washing machine, and dryer are provided. The apartment is equipped with a video security system in the entryway.
The MKS concierge service, located in Oz-en-Oisans, will welcome you on the day of your arrival to hand over the keys and conduct the walk-through, as well as upon your departure. They will also be available daily to answer any questions you may have.
Located in the heart of the resort and all its amenities, at the base of the Alpette and Olmet gondolas in the Alpe d’Huez ski area, with the trailhead right at the bottom of our building. In winter: 250 km of slopes, access to the Pic Blanc at an altitude of 3,300 m, and access to Europe’s longest black run, the 16-km-long Sarenne. This residence offers a prime location, with the ESF offices right nearby. The daycare center is just 100 meters away. It’s a family-friendly, entirely pedestrian-only resort. You’ll find ski rental shops, restaurants, a mini-market, shops, a newsstand, the tourist office, and a laundromat... A swimming pool in the “Les Cristaux” building is open to everyone (see rates on site).
