After two years of work, we are pleased to present our latest achievements in a dream setting: Villa Opale, a new beachfront villa offering the perfect balance between contemporary elegance and Caribbean charm.

Nestled on the unspoilt shores of Oyster Pond, the villa invites you to experience the luxury of island living, with an idyllic and unobstructed view of the ocean. Absolute comfort
It is a villa with optimal comfort, refurbished on two floors, it is composed of four spacious bedrooms and three elegant bathrooms, designed to combine comfort and modernity.
All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with king or queen-size beds for optimal rest.
Au First floor: a bedroom with private bathroom, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a guest toilet and a large living room bathed in light thanks to its large bay windows opening onto the sea.
Upstairs: a master suite with private terrace overlooking the ocean, as well as two additional bedrooms sharing a shared bathroom.

PRM access: bedroom and bathroom on the first floor, ideal for people with reduced mobility.

Decoration inspired by nature and the sea
Each space has been carefully decorated in soft, natural tones, evoking the sea, the sand and the tropics. The complete equipment of the house will allow you to feel at home, while enjoying the charm of an exceptional stay.

Located in a secure residence with a water cistern to ward off the hazards of Saint Martin, the villa benefits from a peaceful and practical environment.
A few steps away, a wild beach allows you to enjoy a peaceful swim (undeveloped).
The first equipped beaches, such as Dawn Beach and its Marriott hotel, are just a 5-minute drive away.
In the immediate vicinity, you will find quality restaurants as well as a mini-market offering high-end French and Italian products, as well as a wide selection of wines and spirits.
