Magnificent apartment in residence, sea view, 1 bedroom with king size bed, air conditioning, balcony. Equipped kitchen open to the living room, BZ type sofa bed for 2 additional people, Tv, wifi.
Beautiful terrace with magnificent sea view, parking space.
The apartment is very well located in Oyster Pond, it is 10 minutes from Philisburg and the most beautiful beaches on the island.
A tourist tax of 4% (4% of the total stay) will be paid on the day of arrival.


Saint Martin is a small island close to Guadeloupe, the beaches are magnificent, and several activities are present there such as water sports, jet ski, wake board, surfing, kite, paddle .... catamaran trip, day in st Barth, hiking, etc ....

Beautiful

The views are stunning, the owners are more than accommodating, you can walk to restaurants and the grocery store, you have access to the pool...what more could you want? The apartment is clean and modern with a functional kitchenette and a gorgeous balcony where you can watch the sunrise. And Oyster Pond is a great location- easy drive to the north to all the beautiful beaches and attractions of the French side and a quick drive south for the shopping and attractions of the Dutch side. We were thrilled with the apartment.

Beau séjour dans un décor fabuleux. Vue sur l'ocean. Communication facile et rapide avec la propriétaire. À 5 minutes de marche de deux restaurants très sympatique et d'une petite boulangerie/épicerie française pour acheter nos croissants et tout ce qu'il faut pour se préparer un beau petit pic-nic. Appartement propre et accueillant. Voiture nécessaire pour visiter tous les petits coins ravissants de l'île. À environ 20 minutes de Grande-Case et 40 minutes de Marigot.
