This charming home located on serene Whitney Pond is perfect for a memorable family vacation! With 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, plus a bonus sleeping area in the basement, there is ample space for everyone. Enjoy dinner on the screened-in porch or the patio that overlooks the beautiful water. A main floor bedroom and bathroom, plus a bonus area for games, dining at the bar, and playing darts. The open living/dining area offers plenty of space for entertainment, along with a bonus bar area complete with a dart board. During the day, enjoy a leisurely paddle on the peaceful lake with the two adult-sized kayaks, two child-sized kayaks, or paddleboard, and wrap up the day by roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. The waterfront boasts a pleasant sandy entry with plenty of room to sit at the water's edge. Whitney Pond provides access to Hogan Pond, providing even more boating opportunities.
