Guest will have access to the cottage & surrounding acreage. There is a chicken coop on the property that houses chickens, goats, mini sheep, & bunnies!
Guests are welcome to pick fresh eggs from the coop at anytime. There is ample space for parking, a grill for barbecuing, and also a fire pit for roasting marshmallows and star gazing on chilly evenings.
Although the main house is located on the property as well, guests may come and go at ease. (The property’s are separate structures and not connected so you will have ample privacy).

We live on this little 4 acre piece of heaven & enjoy sharing our little dot on the map and getting to know our guests. We love our privacy so we want our guests enjoy their privacy as well but we are only a hop, skip, & jump away so we are happy to help or assist guests anytime! Most importantly, please make yourself at home here at the farm ❤️

Here are several bits of info that may come in handy during your stay. As y’all can see from the pictures, we live on somewhat of a small farm so there is never a dull moment when it comes to the farm animals. Our overly friendly cats (Ricky Bobby, Stewart Scott, Moe, & Stripey), will try relentlessly to come inside but just shoo them away. There are always fresh eggs in the fridge or coop for our guests to use. We love for our visitors to make themselves at home so if there is anything we can do to make your stay more enjoyable please do not hesitate to contact us. (See below for important info and some helpful recommendations)

► Closest gas station/restaurant, B's BBQ, (great breakfast and BBQ if u need something quick). Lost Pizza is a really cool place also. it's directly across the 825 College Hill Rd
► Closest liquor store, Oxford Wine & Spirits (this is my brother's store so feel free to stop by & say hello)
► Taxi service, Angel Taxi, (you may need to call in advance to request a pick-up time) Uber & Lyft are also available
► We take great pleasure in ensuring that your stay with us is nothing short of unforgettable. Should you require assistance with our concierge service to guide you around the city, a personal chauffeur to make your commutes hassle-free, or a reliable babysitting service to ensure your little ones are well-cared for while you enjoy some downtime, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is always at your service to cater to your needs and ensure a seamless, enjoyable stay.
► Please be informed that our pet fee stands at $50.00 per pet for each stay. However, for guests with 2 to 3 pets, an additional fee of $30.00 will be collected separately.
► Our guests are required to sign the Farm House Guest Waiver form which will be sent on their check-in instructions.
