Outstanding Stay at The Ace – Velvet Ditch VillasI stayed at The Ace by Velvet Ditch Villas while in Oxford working as a catastrophe claims adjuster responding to the recent winter storm. After long days in the field, this place was exactly what I needed.The layout is open, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living space is inviting, and the king bed and quality linens made it easy to recharge each night. The walk-in shower was a welcome reset after cold inspection days, and having an in-unit washer and dryer was a major bonus during a multi-day deployment.The location is ideal. It is tucked into a quiet area yet just minutes from The Square, great restaurants, coffee shops, and about two miles from the Ole Miss campus. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and calm.Communication was smooth, check-in was seamless, and everything was exactly as advertised. If you are traveling for work or visiting Oxford for any reason, The Ace is a fantastic choice. I would absolutely stay here again.

Far better than a hotel!

You can’t ask for a better 1 bedroom rental in Oxford. The location couldn’t be better. It’s 5 min from campus and the square. Dozens of great places close by for food, coffee and drinks. The home was very comfortable. The bed was new and nice. It was fully stocked with all you need Bring ice as the fridge didn’t have an icemaker, but that didn’t bug us at all. I will stay here again. The communication with the owner was exceptional.
