Did like to look like there was nobody at the front desk at all. You had to do everything from a stupid kiosk. My son was disappointed because there was no pool. It was concrete over and you couldn't use the gym because it was all locked up and my other problem was their breakfast and comfy was terrible

Everything was terrible. Breakfast was a plate of 8 muffins for a full hotel on a race weekend, no one cleaned the room, cigarette holes in the sheet and the pictures are nothing like the hotel. It was a real hell hole.

Check in process was rough. Gave us keys to a room that was already occupied. Told desk agent it didn’t work 3 times. They then put us in a room all the way on the back side of the property. The room had mold on the walls and blankets were dirty.

There was an employee sitting in room watching you check in on a virtual kiosk with a live agent offsite. The rooms were dirty. Bathroom tiles were mouldy. Painted tile floors were all chipped and dirty as well as walls. Room smelled like cigarette smoke and weed. Towels had dirty black marks on them. Breakfast was very sub par.
