Location was super convenient to train station and waking to center of town. Colleges kids at night got a little loud and the fire/police sirens were oddly frequent. Lovely Italian cafe in the lobby area and perfect lattes and flat whites. Great value for location and room for families.

Location is fantastic - close to the train station. Nice and helpful staff. There is no lift but staff helped to carry our luggage to the 2nd floor. Room is cozy. Only thing is the shower water pressure is rather weak.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They changed our rooms to meet our requirements. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The Olive Branch Cafe next door is good breakfast and early evening meals. It is very easy to get into the city centre to see the attractions by bus or on foot. The location is in easy walking distance of the railway station.
