The staff were friendly and helpful. They changed our rooms to meet our requirements. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The Olive Branch Cafe next door is good breakfast and early evening meals. It is very easy to get into the city centre to see the attractions by bus or on foot. The location is in easy walking distance of the railway station.

Great location- walking distance to train station and city centre. Is in a renovated 19th century railway hotel. Spotless rooms. Quiet too. Helpful staff. No lift in hotel so be prepared to lug bags upstairs. Room was so well heated that we had to leave the windows open (in February). Would book again if I ever return to Oxford.
