A spacious 4-bed/4.5-bath, 3400 sq ft house only 5 miles from the Square and 6 miles from Ole Miss. Our house is ready to entertain during the Ole Miss football weekends!

Are you ready to entertain?! As you step on the large covered front porch you know why you chose this house. The main level is an open floor plan with the kitchen, main living room, and dining room all accessible to everyone.

Downstairs offers the master bedroom, a bedroom with a double bed an en-suite bath, and other bedroom with a bathroom right across from the bedroom door. There is also a half bath, large screened in back patio, fireplace, and washer and dryer.

The upstairs bonus area has a full bath, kid playroom (that has a queen sized air mattress), and bedroom with a queen bed.

As you step outside you notice that this house was meant for outdoor living with a 55” tv, 2 grills (Traeger smoking grill and large natural gas grill). There is also a fire pit just off the screened in porch.
