This is a very handy site to town and food shops. Good to have parking available but very expensive when already paying for a room. The room was nothing like the one presented in the picture, it was very much smaller, with just a single bed. Other facilities in the room were good. I would stay here again, however there are no staff on site and the helpline phone number did not work.

It was absolutely fine, no frills. The toilet seat was badly fitted though, and the loo roll holder fitting was coming out of the wall. Wouldn’t hold it against them and would stay again.

We got a very hot attic room in the middle of summer. There was a fan which really helped, but the window was very hard to open. The stairs were quite a hike and the quality of the place didn’t feel great. I ended up leaving a day early, which was a really good idea. The rooms are smaller than they look on the pictures. Very handy for parking and not too far from the town centre but really set your expectations low if you want to stay here.

No hot water in the sink; wasn’t fixed until the morning I left. Shower is so tiny, you could have a panic attack from the cluster phobia, and the shower water alternates between boiling hot and freezing cold. No midpoint, but mostly freezing cold. Room was also hot with no air conditioning and the single bed is small too. Horrible night - glad I didn’t stay longer.

Great location at a reasonable price

Great location for anyone wanting to stay close to the city centre. Good facilities in the room including a fridge freezer and microwave. Mattresses could do with be replaced but still enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately, we spent two sleepless nights at this hotel. Even our 5-year-old child couldn't get any sleep. The small room gets incredibly hot and stuffy in the summer, and the fan provided didn't help at all. Since our windows faced the street, the traffic noise was just awful, making it impossible to sleep. The bedding had a very strong, irritating smell of laundry detergent, and the mattress on one of the beds was ancient and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the place is clean, the staff is pleasant and friendly, and it’s located close to the city center.
