Brooke was a very attentive host. She had great information about the local area, great coffee and fresh fruit. Whoever were there we had a small issue (being her control) and she was incredible responsive problem solving with us. Also, super easy traffic free commute to the campus - 2 minutes tops.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. The condo was in the perfect location, close to campus and the square. Yes, like other reviews, the complex and condo are older, but more importantly was that the condo was clean and the beds were comfy. The host was excellent and made sure we were settled and well taken care of. She was very responsive and welcoming. We would definitely stay again.

Adorable Home

Great place for a quick trip to visit Ole Miss

The unit had nice furniture and a cute little kitchen. You park in the lot in front of the building and walk up about 10 stairs to get to the door. Mostly locals and families in the complex, quiet and easy in/out. Very close to the university and the unit was on the bottom floor. Nice Roku tvs in each room.

Cigarette Smoke Smell

I do not like to give bad reviews and planned to not say anything but because my purse still smells like a dirty ashtray over 48 hours after leaving I just had to. All of our clothes, bags, suitcases, even my leather slides stink of stale cigarette smoke. The place is clean otherwise and yes communication was prompt but the host did nothing to solve the problem and instead stated she was there that morning and smelled nothing. That’s impossible unless she has no sense of smell or is a smoker herself and is immune to the smell. It’s bad!!! Yes it’s walking distance to the stadium. Yes in comparison it’s less expensive than other places but I would never stay here again the cigarette smell is so bad. And all 3 of us as adults winced every time we walked back in because the smell would hit us. So for all 3 of us to be that way, for my things to still smell and the hostess claim there’s nothing wrong, left me wanting to warn others as I wished I had been warned.
