The rooms were warm and comfortable but unfortunately the bar and restaurant area was cold as there was a problem with the heating system. It also needs to be clearer that there is a parking charge of £6.00.

Convenience, and with the appropriate rate for the area. Would hope the auto lighting in the LONG corridors could be adjusted to leave a few lit all the time. Understood this design may have saved electricity, but It is a bit intimidating to walk towards our rooms, which are at the end of the corridors, especially at night.

Staff was wonderful. Cleaning service starts at 7 am. Banging of doors, trash cans, thumping, traffic back and forth, vacuuming. All of it at 7 am! Forget trying to sleep in. Got double charged for my parking. It was taken care of after I saw it on my bill and brought it to yhe front desks attention. I would not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

So wonderful to be back to Holiday Inn Oxford. Good location to Oxford city centre, only a minute walk to park and ride bus stop. We took a bus number 300 to the high street. Our bedroom and bathroom were nice and clean. The sofa bed was not a fold out one, it’s a bit on the small side than usual. Breakfast with good options. Maybe better to note: if you come with children breakfast is only for a child age up to 13 years old. Our check in was wonderful, Daniel was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Daniel! We definitely will be back.
