All staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel was very clean and room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included and was varied and very good. Reception staff were very helpful and easy access to Oxford City Centre by bus. Very good hotel and a very good price.

The room was comfortable and acceptable in every way. The breakfast, however, was sub-par, with disgusting sausages, orange juice and coffee and very limited fruit options. Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel.

Overall a very good hotel. Free parking on arrival with a good amount of spaces. Friendly staff and the hotel was nice and clean. The only minor issue was a fairly loud humming/whirring noise and vibration just outside the window from some large electrical unit, having the tv on generally covered the noise and it stopped entirely just before 9pm so it didn't disturb my sleep. Buffet style breakfast with lots of staff on hand if assistance was needed and lots of tables and seating to choose from and also a TV with the morning news on while you eat. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely recommend.

Our room was spotless, everything supplied to give a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was great, very tasty, plenty of options and all you can eat and drink. We would definitely recommend and use again

Staff friendly and helpful at check in. Lobby area was spacious clean and modern with plenty of nice sofas and chairs. The room was of good size however the right side of the bed was far too close to the wall making it difficult to access. The room was clean, modern and well equipped with large smart Television, and usb ports. Free Breakfast was basic enough but tasty and very much appreciated.

The staff were amazing on arrival // really helpful and when I ordered a Deliveroo I went to reception to ask if I could have a spoon. The person working came out with a plate, all cutlery and some napkins - fantastic service. Only down side is why in this day and age are you still using feathers / down. My breathing was bad and then realised I wa so busy last few weeks when booking various hotels I forgot to mention. So moved all stuff off bed and improved within an hour. I know many hotel chains moved away from down and use synthetic - given allergies, peoples views of animal products - it’s time to change ??

The hotel itself was really great. The area surrounding the hotel made me feel unsafe. A lot of kids hanging around in gangs and when you walk to dinner it made you feel very unsafe with their behaviour. Although breakfast was included and it looked good from the outside the food was not good - everything was overcooked and not very tasty. Parking was easy but again yet had to pay for parking everywhere in the UK you pay for parking which is ridiculous when you’re spending so much money on a hotel. The reception staff were really lovely and were very accommodating overall it was a good stay

Spotlessly clean very good breakfast fabulous coffee massive tv in room that my husband loved … front of house staff were amazing I have a bad back and needed more pillows they asked how many and they were brought instantly.. when we went down for breakfast I was approach to ask if I’d had a comfortable night and if I needed anything else they are so kind and helpful also there in house taxi driver is lovely… when we’re in Oxford this is the hotel we will always be using …. Thank you all

Good hotel, stayed here to two nights with friends. Good location right next to the football stadium, around a 15-20 taxi ride into Oxford city centre. Staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was included, very good and as much as you wanted.

The room was spacious and clean but not as well equipped as other Hampton by Hilton hotels. The pressure in the shower wasn’t very good. Otherwise a comfortable, convenient stay.

This is a very well kept hotel with amazingly friendly and supportive staff. The room was cleaned daily. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but did not cater to vegans. You need a car to stay at this hotel because it is miles out of the city of Oxford. There is road construction outside, but you do not hear it in the rooms. I would stay at this hotel again.
