It was a good stay the only issue I had is dealing with fire ants on the pool patio and the bugs in the water. Just not a very clean area, but we enjoyed the stay.

The rooms were clean with the exception of the damp (mildew smell). We had to change rooms cause it was so bad you could smell it in the hallway. The second room was better, but still smelled like mildew. They need to replace the carpets, AC unit and paint.

Check in was a breeze. They even called the room a few minutes after check in to make sure it was to our satisfaction. Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and we had clean towels each day when we returned from the event we attended. We stayed 3 nights. The pool was nice to come cool off in & breakfast was great each morning. They even had snacks that satisfied our late night munchies dilemma. Lol. Very pleasant stay! We’ll definitely stay again.

I'm not sure how this property got 8 stars, it is more like a 6 or 7 star hotel. Things like a/c, elevator, treadmill were not well-maintained. The room was clean, bedding smelled slightly like potato chips or some kind of fried food. Gym equipment was rusted and having issues due to high humidity and no adequate drying by a/c in gym room. Staff were very helpful during out late check-in.
