Nice weekend away

My wife and I made a last minute decision to stay outside of Stockholm and chose this hotel at the last minute. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast (included) was very nice. We also enjoyed the ease of walking to restaurants around the city center.

God frukost . Det var väldigt varmt i rummet . Haspen till balkongen var trasig så det gick inte att ställa upp balkong dörren , fläkten var trasig . I övrigt trevligt hotell.

Vi hade bokat ett vad vi trodde var ett dubbelrum, men visade sig vara ett enkelrum för två personer och när vi ville betala extra för att uppgradera vägrade de låta oss göra det. Frukosten lämnade mer att önska speciellt om man har behov av specialkost.

Rent och fint dekorerat och en frukost med allt man kan önska. Uppskattade att man kan ta en kopp kaffe/te när man vill. Men... jag valde detta hotell för att överraska min man med på vår bröllopsdag för han älskar bastu men bastun var trasig. Jag förstår att sånt händer men det borde informeras om vid bokning. Det rum vi bokat stämmer inte heller med bilderna på deras hemsida. Finns 2 fåtöljer på bild men tydligen ska 2 personer dela på 1 fåtölj. I bokningsbekräftelsen står utcheckning kl. 12 men städerskan ville in rummet redan 10:30 och sa att utcheckning är kl.11. När vi skulle checka ut fanns ingen personal i receptionen, tydligen är det inte intressant att fråga gästerna om de haft det bra. All felaktigt information gör att vi inte vill komma hit igen, vilket är synd på ett annars fint hotell. Kvinnan som ordnar frukost är väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam.

Mörkläggningsgardinerna i rummet gick inte att dra igen. Ingen AC och ingen temperaturreglering i rummet gjorde att det var väldigt varmt och syrefattigt. Balsam i duschen var tom. Stenhårda ägg vid frukosten (mörka äggulor). Personal nästan aldrig där.
