Reservation cancelled due to lack of contact from owner

Our reservation was cancelled because the owner never provided check in instructions, never responded to messages or phone calls. Drove almost to the house when VRBO office staff was able to help us. We were stranded! Definitely not a reputable owner!!! Stay clear of this property!
