Ashley at the front desk was wonderful. Our daughter was waiting for a delivery room to open at the hospital, and Ashley was kind and welcoming to her. She even greeted us with a “congratulations” when we came in. So attentive!!!

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The mini kitchen was so great to have! We felt very much at home there. The only thing that wasn't 5 stars was a slight "pet odor covered by deodorizer" smell when we first checked in, but it faded over the course of our stay and didn't bother us. Breakfast was sufficient, and the common areas were clean and comfortable. A great place to stay while in town visiting family for the holidays!

The hotel was put together quickly with loose faucets, doors with gaps in between the door and walls. The property wasnt as clean as I would expect for a new hotel. When I asked for clean towels, the staff just walked away and ignored my request. I had to find another staff member to get clean towels.
