Perfect home for us!

Midtown Cottage was perfect for us! We were two couples, one couple being in their 80s. The beds/bedrooms were very comfortable and the 1.5 baths worked well for us. The kitchen was very well stocked and we cooked every breakfast at the home. Midtown Cottage was very clean and well appointed, truly a lovely place. Backyard was nice too with 3 different sitting areas, one covered - even with an outdoor TV. Host Brandon was very responsive and easy to work with. Location was safe and positioned well for an easy drive to downtown or quick access to highway. We definitely had a 5 star experience!

Literally blown away by everything about this property. No detail was left out. AMAZING!! Cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful decorated. Nice outdoor space. Fantastic Place! Super Clean!

Loved it! This house is only 1200+ square feet, but every bit of it is useful space. It looks to have been recently renovated, as every room was spotless. The backyard is large with plenty of seating and fire pits for roasting marshmallows. The kitchen is very functional. Living room has a huge TV with a subscription to Netflix. The host was very responsive. If we had another trip to Owensboro, we'd definitely stay here again! P.S. Just up the road (5 mins) is Gramp's donuts. Great coffee and AMAZING pastries.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Midtown Cottage and will definitely stay there again during our next visit to Owensboro. The house was clean, had everything we needed and photos were representative of what the house looks like. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of linens and towels. It was centrally located and easy to get everywhere we needed with the convenience of a grocery store and restaurants nearby. The owner was accommodating and appropriately responsive. Would highly recommend!
