First, the staff was friendly and helpful, but stretched too thin. Second, the hot tub and the pool was AWESOME! However, the property is on its way to being seriously neglected everywhere else. The tiles in our bathroom floor were loose and moving, so posed a small safety issue with elderly travelers and small children in my party. Had we not already switched rooms once because our originally assigned room had not been cleaned before we showed up, we would have switched rooms due to the tile and various other things (wall lamp falling apart and dangling, glitter and hunks of food all over the carpet, stained sheets on the pull out couch and a non-working microwave). But, like I said, the staff was great and brought us clean sheets, vaccuumed immediately and had the lamp fixed the next morning. The breakfast is edible and hot, but its not great. The workout room was closed and looked like someone had purposely vandalized the equipment. Everything else is fairly dated and run down and it smelled like weed pretty much everywhere. If we had to stay again, we probably wouldn't.
