The house is divided into two floors:
On the first floor, there are 2 double bedrooms with 1.50-meter beds, followed by a full bathroom with a shower. Going down three steps, you’ll find a spacious living room and kitchen with a 50-inch smart TV, a sofa, and a dining table for six people. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchenware.
Finally, there’s a small balcony with a table where you can enjoy a perfect breakfast with spectacular views of all of Oviedo.
On the second floor, there’s another double bedroom in a spacious and beautiful attic room.

We have space for one parking spot; if you’re arriving in more than one car, you’ll need to park 500 meters from the accommodation.
