This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for an additional fee. My son (who has sensory issues) was thrown off by the need for the cap and refused to go into the pool. I also found it strange that you needed a reservation to use the pool area.

Diría que " ha sido " Muy buen hotel

Relación calidad precio resulta caro , Le falta algo de mantenimiento en habitaciones y baños , así como en spa. Spa se ve algún niño con pelota , es imperdonable . Son detalles que hacen que le reste categoría por el precio que se pide . El personal así como jardines exteriores si dan la talla. Es un sitio tranquilo para relajarse apesar de las reseñas anteriores.

A sido muy satisfactoria en general, el personal del comedor muy profesional y atento, en general todos nos han tratado muy bien, lo mismo en el spa que en la recepción, volveremos porque nos ha gustado mucho, es muy reconfortante encontrarte personas muy buenas en su trabajo y dándonos consejo hacia donde podíamos visitar en Oviedo.

La habitación era muy amplia y estaba muy limpio todo. El desayuno era bastante bueno, había zumo natural. Pero eche de menos más variedad de cereales.
