Perfect for families or groups of friends, the spacious and welcoming interior features modern, colorful décor and is thoughtfully arranged for everyone's comfort.
The property has a private entrance and a terrace, ideal for relaxing in peace. The grounds, though not enclosed, are shared with an adjoining property.
On the ground floor, you'll find a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace with wood provided, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), a bathroom, separate toilet, and a small laundry room. Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a trundle sofa, plus a bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and two more single beds (90x190 cm), as well as a shower room with toilet.
