Location was great and the room was clean. What you expect from Holiday Inn Express as far as pool and breakfast amenities. The property could use some mechanical upgrades and general maintenance. Our room AC ran constantly and the room was humid.

The oceanfront room we reserved in advance was the one we got. Room itself was immaculate. Staff friendly and helpful. Proximity to the beach was the best! Ocean water temperature was perfect! Lots of places around to eat. Definitely plan on returning next year.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, and the beach right behind it is truly amazing. We stayed in a street-view room, but we could still see the ocean, so I don't think it's necessary to pay extra for an official ocean view. As for the amenities, they were very convenient and well-designed. However, the staff friendliness and the overall cleanliness of the facilities were just average—not bad, but nothing special. Overall, it’s a solid choice mainly for its location and beach access.
