sim, mas a porta do banheiro nao fechava. Falta equipamento para degustar café fora do horário previsto. Recepção meio Fria, falta acaloramento aos receber os Hospedes. Aos transportar as malas foram arrastadas sobre pedras. O local é muito Bonito, voltarei. espero que tenham melhorado. Abraços

Hotel muito bom! Com um bom café da manhã, quartos grandes e uma equipe, que apesar de reduzida, demonstrou amabilidade e cordialidade. Única coisa que não gostamos foi do jantar no buffet. Pois, opções reduzidas, carne muito demora e com fila grande e muito caro (160,00 por pessoa). Não é um bom custo-beneficio

Foi uma viagem em família para comemorações. O serviços de bar e restaurantes deixa muito a desejar. O Bar não tem tira gostos para servir o restaurante a lá carte tem um cardápio muito reduzido. Precisam melhorar muito para chegar no serviço de um hotel 5 estrelas. A área da piscina não tem mesas para sentar somente espreguiçadeiras o que é um erro. O complexo esportivo não está acabado, como por exemplo as quadras de Beach tênis estão isoladas não podendo ser usadas e muito mal cuidadas e mal feitas. Não existe um quiosque para as pessoas que estão de fora das atividades ficarem na sombra , não tem um bebedouro com água e nem um suporte para os hóspedes, sendo que a área é isolada da área principal do hotel. Fiz uma reserva em um apto preservado com cama king e me colocaram em apto com cama Queen. O meu sentimento é que abriram o hotel na marra sem estar 100% preparados para receber. Pedir para carregar o carro elétrico ninguém sabia dar informações o porquê não estava funcionando eu que tive que me virar e ligar no suporte da empresa. Um hotel desse nível não pode funcionar assim.

Não vale a pena, péssima experiência.

Quando fui fazer a reserva do hotel, achei estranho a nota baixa do empreendimento em quase todos os sites. Mas ainda assim me arrisquei e fiz a reserva. Vale lembrar que a diária mais barata do local é 1.100 reais, logo, o minimo que esperamos ao pagar tal quantia é que tudo saia perfeito. O hotel é muito bonito, novo, confortável, contudo, precisa urgentemente repensar seu atendimento, afinal, será que a gerência não está acompanhando as dezenas de reclamações dos clientes? Fomos barrados na portaria já que a equipe de segurança não localizou nossa reserva; o restaurante ao custo de 140 reais por pessoa é pessimo, com poucas opções e disponibilizava apenas água para consumo (sequer um suco). O quarto indicado estava em manutenção, a porta sequer abria, tendo a moça da recepção que realizar a troca. O consumo na piscina é confuso, com filas, e por causa do problema do quarto, sempre que tentava fazer consumo, aparecia que "não estava autorizado" o consumo. Gastamos 1.605 reais em uma diaria que não vale sequer 250 reais. Ao hotel, acho que é hora de considerarem fechar o hotel para treinamento da equipe e tentar recomeçar. Pelo que pude perceber, as inúmeras avaliações negativas não estão sendo consideradas. Péssimo serviço, péssima comida.

Tive uma experiência extremamente negativa neste hotel. A espera no check-in ultrapassou 40 minutos. Embora seja um hotel voltado para famílias, a maioria dos quartos exige o uso de escadas, o que é um grande inconveniente para idosos e carrinhos de bebê. Reservei uma mesa no restaurante italiano, mas ao chegar fui informada que estava fechado para um evento particular. Restava apenas outro restaurante, com comida de má qualidade e aparência duvidosa. O café da manhã também deixou muito a desejar. Após a estadia, recebi mensagens no WhatsApp, em horários inoportunos, informando que minha reserva não havia sido paga, mesmo tendo sido feita pelo Hoteis.com. Solicitei uma forma segura de resolver a situação, mas insistiram no envio de um link pouco confiável. Definitivamente não recomendo.
