First room given was a smoking room even thou request non smoking. Changed rooms but the room was not clean. The pillows were super small and so flat they had been very over used. Floor was dirty and furniture is old and scratched up. Not a good choice unless desperate. Photos are also not accurate.

There were a couple of problems with the room but we were moved immediately with no issue. It was a very comfortable bed and a clean room. For the price it was great.

The room was clean. Only saw staff when checking in and was friendly. Parking was right in front of the room. It was easy to get stuff to room. Had stuff going on in the morning so no breakfast.

Our room smelt like a combination of sewer and cigarette smoke after paying for a room that was supposed to be non smoking, it was absolutely filthy. The bathroom floor looked like it had never been cleaned. Very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

The room was reasonably clean and neat. Room smelled of stale smoke and freshener. Bath fan didn't work. Overall the property and room needs a good cleaning, resolving minor issues and much needed updating. Note: In Centerville, IA there are few options for hotels. Staff were also friendly.

Small town nice motel/hotel

The room was updated & very nice. The outside (door/exterior) needs some paint to help it look nice like the room. Comfortable stay - would definitely stay again. If they offered breakfast I never knew it.
