We noticed that garbage was not emptied in the room, the bedding on one of the beds was very unkempt, like a child made it, the skirting was haphazardly tucked in here and there, there were lumps in sheet under blanket, not pulled up to the top and what looked like light blood stains on bottom border of bedding. Towels and wash cloths could be whitened, they were dingy.

Rooms had old soiled carpet. Breakfast was good but very limited, waffle machine, 2 cereals, 2 juices, coffee, bread, and apples. Booked 2 nights but wouldn't let me cancel second night. TV didn't work, but called front desk and she came down and fixed it.

Will Never Return

The first room we were given had visible mold on the bedding. We had to argue with the staff to get them to even check it out. We couldn’t get our money back - they refused - so they gave us another room. Second room was filthy, towels were disgusting. and the stench of mildew in the room was suffocating. I left there sicker than a dog.

Good area but could show more care for the guest!

The area was good and easy to walk and find eating places. Breakfast was very basic. Should be improved. Room had a hot tub with jets but the jets didn’t work. Overall ok!

The food was expired. The apple and cranberry juice was expired. The shower water in room 222 smells like sewer. I took a shower and my hair and my body smelled liked sewer. The only breakfast food available was waffles and cereal at 8:35 am. I asked the staff to please taste this juice and they said it was fine. It was not me and 4 other guests smelled the water and they all said it tasted bad and expired.

Property smells both outside and inside. Pulling up to the hotel, the parking lot and building are run down. You can tell they’re working to renovate. Front desk was extremely friendly and check in went smoothly. Room didn’t smell, thankfully, and it was quiet. A/C worked well and hot water didn’t run out during shower. This worked for this stay, but I wouldn’t stay here, again.

Bed was very uncomfortable. The breakfast buffet's only hot item was waffles. Too man men just hanging around in the parking lot all the time. I got the impression they lived there. Very you girl checked me in didn’t understand English. Will not stay there again.

It was what we expected. Clean but no filtered water available. Can’t comment on the breakfast as we didn’t partake. Place to lay your head take a shower and go. We were there for a funeral so nothing was great. Just adding that as a side note. Wish they had a place outside to sit and smoke. It would have been nice to be able to sit and visit with family.

I was truly repulsed by the pure disgust of the property as a whole. It was 98° outside both days and the hallway air conditioning units were set at 83°! I wasn’t sure whether it was a mistake or if some other guest must have changed it. I changed it to what I thought was a reasonable temperature at 75° to wake up to it being set once again at 83°. The shower fixture was literally removed from the wall and dangling from the pipe. The included breakfast was inedible and looked like it had been thrown back in a dirty plastic bag for days until it was finally eaten. The bananas, the cheapest fruit in the world were more brown and black than yellow and the grocery store was directly across the street. The front door is littered with over 100 cigarettes, not a good look for a non smoking hotel. I was afraid to say anything about the hotel because I prepaid for it. What a mistake. 2 nights in a “crack house” hotel for a grand total of $325 including tax. I feared for my safety as well as for my car to not be stolen. I should have spent the extra $$$$ and stayed somewhere else.
