Bed was very uncomfortable, it stunk, and was loud at all hours of the night no lap shades in the laps so the lights were bright!

Not my favorite but was treated well

We got there only to find our room was booked for the 2nd floor but there was no elevator. The attendant at the desk was kind and changed us to a first floor handicap room. It was generally clean and ok for the night. The breakfast was lack-luster but sufficient. There definitely need to wipe down the cabinets and do some general maintenance.

A multi story motel with no elevator is not a good thing. I made my reservations weeks before our arrival and yet was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. Not acceptable! Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable with good Internet access.

At check-in, the room I was first given was already occupied. Then that same night, someone entered my room as they were given my room, which was occupied. Also, the air conditioning barely worked and it seemed that the staff was responsible for too many other tasks.

Dissatisfied

Bathroom repairs were not done by a prodessional. Shower head curtain rod was loose. TV remote was dirty and sticky, tried cleaning it twice with no luck. It appears the owners are not investing in the business. Normally to get into the hotel side door you need to use a key, we did not need to use ours last night. Continental breakfast was limited in quantity as well as selections.
