Inspired by a Santa Fe hunting lodge circa 1976, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located 3 bedroom duplex! Perfect for long term stays, traveling workers. Lots of space. Hang out in the garge game room! Grill on the backyard patio. Large yard. Unique 70's inspired Santa Fe decor. Great vibes and lots of fun. We are minutes away from any location in Ottawa and only 35 minutes to the Greater Kansas City Area.
This property is a 3 BR duplex inspired by a Santa Fe hunting lodge circa 1976!
**Fun Fact: This is the Wade Ranch "townhome property" and is used for hunting guests when the Wade Ranch farmhouse is booked!
The garage has been converted to a game room with 2 reclining couches, a fun hanging chair, Smart Tv, Foosball/pool table and dart board.
The three bedrooms all are equipped with comfortable hybrid technology Queen matresses , cozy bedding, Smart Tv's., closet space and dressers.
The main floor boasts a Santa Fe styled stucco electric fireplace in the living room along with 2 full sized couches and a Smart Tv.
The kitchen, also on the main floor, is fully stocked with dinner ware, cookware, bakeware and other kitchen essentials. Coffee supplies are complimentary.
Two bedrooms are located in the upstairs of this split level duplex, the third bedroom is located in the basement. The bathroom is on the upper level and has a tub/shower combination.
A laundry room is also located in the basement. It is equipped with washer/dryer, ironing board/iron and a starter amount of laundry detrgent.
The kitchen sliding door opens up to a patio space with outdoor seating, a picnic table and a grill. The back patio has privacy panels, an outdoor dining table. There is a large yard with lots of grass area.
A childrens pack n play , and a booster seat is stored in the lower level bedroom closet.
