The accommodation features a living room with a 1.40 m wide sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a large double bed, and a bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, washing machine, and dryer. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

A parking space is available on the property, and free street parking is also possible. Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted.
