A cozy studio apartment perfect for two people, equipped with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment is in a very convenient location: just a stone’s throw from Piazza della Libertà and a mere 5-minute walk from the historic center. The area is residential and offers all the amenities you need: bars, traditional restaurants, and supermarkets are all within walking distance of the apartment. Ideal for exploring the “White City” on foot and for a relaxing stay.



The 56-square-meter apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a separate entrance from the street and is laid out as follows:

- Small KITCHENETTE equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, electric kettle, and coffee maker

- LIVING AREA with a dining table, split A/C, sofa, and TV

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed in an alcove and a closet

- BATHROOM with a toilet and bidet. The shower stall is located in a separate small room.



Additional amenities available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split-system heating, washing machine, drying rack, iron, and ironing board.

Towels and bed linens included (with optional changes available for a fee).



7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system may be operated and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM at our office located at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, a 13-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, direct check-in at the apartment is available with the following surcharges:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.



The tourist tax of 1.00 euro per night per person will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.

Ostuni, the White City of Salento, is located in the province of Brindisi at an elevation of more than 200 meters above sea level, in the Murgia region, and is one of the most renowned destinations in Salento.

Ostuni owes its nickname, the “White City,” to the color of most of the city’s buildings, especially in the historic center. In the past, due to the plague, the walls of the houses were covered with lime to make them sterile. This is the origin of the characteristic white color that makes Ostuni unique and unmistakable.



The historic center of Ostuni, known to its residents as “La Terra,” is characterized by a labyrinth of winding streets, small squares, alleys, little gardens, and glimpses of the Adriatic Sea. The lower part of the town is surrounded by ancient city walls, within which lie the only two city gates that remain intact: Porta Nova and Porta San Demetrio.
