The Space
The residence, the result of a very recent renovation, combines the preservation of all the characteristics of the historic area with a modern and refined style. Carefully designed down to the last detail and equipped to make your stay both exclusive and comfortable. Upon entering, you’ll find a beautiful stone staircase leading to the living area: a spacious and bright room featuring a window (with shutters, a mosquito screen, and a curtain) and dominated by a stunningly decorated wall; a spacious bed and closet will ensure a restful night’s sleep and convenient access to all your personal belongings. Additional storage space is also available under the bed for shoes, bags, and similar items. The table for two, furnished with comfortable armchair-style seating, is extendable and can be used both for meals and as a workspace. A smart TV, a designer refrigerator, and three beautiful illuminated niches decorated with local artifacts create a truly unique atmosphere.
The living area leads to the kitchen, which is small but fully equipped and offers every convenience (induction cooktop, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pots, and dishes for every need); It has space for storing food and groceries, as well as trash bins.
Also from the living area, through a small door—a true antique gem that retains its original lintel—you enter the bathroom, which is compact but naturally ventilated, functional, and built entirely of local stone: a little gem!
Another stone staircase leads to the terrace, which is extremely spacious and secluded and features a beautiful, brand-new, heated 5-person hot tub.
In this area, you’ll also find a pouf sofa and two lounge chairs with a low table where you can enjoy breakfast, an aperitif, or even a casual meal. The terrace features a corner equipped with a countertop where, if you wish, you can set up an induction cooktop to cook and enjoy your meals outdoors.
The evening atmosphere is absolutely magical thanks to the silence that reigns and the option to choose between various LED lighting options and the glow of the area’s traditional ceramic lanterns.
On the stairs leading to the terrace, you’ll find a spacious storage area where you can store your suitcases, pillows, and anything else you don’t want to keep within easy reach. Equipped with a drying rack and an iron.
The entire area, including the terrace, has excellent Wi-Fi coverage.
In addition to being a 5-minute walk from the main square, the accommodations are located near all amenities (restaurants, pizzerias, including organic markets, pharmacies, and shops) and just a short walk from the historic “Forno 31,” which boasts a unique tradition of producing local delicacies.
Since it is located outside the pedestrian zone, it is accessible by car and offers both free and paid parking options.
With advance reservation and separate payment, you can also use a private parking spot in the immediate vicinity.
