Stefano's Villa II is a modern, independent villa in the heart of the Valle d'Itria, just 5 minutes from Cisternino and surrounded by the iconic Puglian trulli. The property is available exclusively for your group — no other guests, no shared spaces: just you, your pool and your private retreat.
The villa
Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, it features 3 bedrooms with double beds, each with a private en suite bathroom and independently adjustable air conditioning — perfect for three couples or a family where everyone wants their own space. The interiors include a bright, spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and sofa. Washing machine and WiFi available throughout the property.
The pool and outdoor spaces
The heart of the villa is the private saltwater pool — more natural and gentle on the skin than chlorine — for the exclusive use of your group throughout your entire stay. Around the pool you will find a sundeck with sun loungers, a gazebo with table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, and a barbecue area. The property is fully enclosed by traditional Puglian dry stone walls, with an electric gate and a large private car park.

La villa et ses extérieurs sont tout simplement parfaits : la maison est très fonctionnelle, bien équipée, très bonne literie et l espace extérieur avec la piscine est formidable. Nous avons mangé dehors au bord de la piscine tous les soirs et l ambiance avec l éclairage extérieur est très agréable. De plus il n y a aucun vis a vis, ce qui est très appréciable. Enfin de tous les accueils que nous avons eu depuis que nous louons des maisons, celui ci est de loin le plus chaleureux : Mariagrazia et Stephano ont été à nos petits soins… Villa à louer sans aucune hésitation si vous voulez visiter les Pouilles ! La maison dispose de la climatisation centralisée ce qui permet de rafraîchir sans avoir la sensation de courant d air froid comme avec des splits. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Enfin la maison est très propre.
