La Murreddina is a lovely vacation home in Ostuni, nestled in the countryside towards Martina Franca, in the lush greenery of the Valle d`Itria. The cottage with parking and equipped outdoor space, offers up to 2/3 beds.
There are accessories such as air conditioning, ceiling fans, hair dryer, electric oven. Pets allowed.

From the parking lot, a driveway leads to the veranda of theLa Murreddina, equipped for outdoor dining and relaxation.
Inside, the entrance is into a living room with a single sofa bed, from which you access the other rooms of the house: the kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower.

The La Murreddina cottage is located in the countryside, in Valle d`Itria, along the few kilometers separating the beautiful towns of Ostuni and Martina Franca. It`s worth going to discover the interesting historical centers, rich in cultural attractions but also in stores and places where you can taste the excellent typical gastronomy.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 20 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioner only in the living room.
