The interior layout is organized as follows:

- LIVING AREA with KITCHENETTE (electric stovetop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, electric kettle, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, sofa, and TV;

- SLEEPING AREA with a double bed and a closet;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, toilet, and bidet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning, iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



Seven days before your arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax. We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Ostuni Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



Keys must be picked up between 3:00 p.m.00 to 9:00 p.m. at our office at Corso Mazzini 201 in Ostuni, about a 15-minute walk from the apartment.



After 9:00 PM, check-in directly at the apartment is available with the following additional fees:

- 21.00 - 23.00: EUR 25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: EUR 30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: EUR 40.00.



The tourist tax will be collected in cash for the first 5 nights, as required by the municipality of Ostuni.
