Casa Savi Ostuni: Townhouse with a Terrace and Ocean View

CASA SAVI is a typical vaulted townhouse in the heart of Ostuni, overlooking the olive groves and the sea. It is the perfect starting point for exploring the immediate surroundings and Puglia. The historic center (Centro Storico) and Piazza Libertà, with all their sights, restaurants, and bars, are just a 5-minute walk away. Although CASA SAVI is centrally located in Ostuni, you can quickly escape the nighttime hustle and bustle to enjoy quiet and restful nights.

CASA SAVI spans two floors and was renovated with great attention to detail, with work completed in early 2023. The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a living area with original, restored stone vaulted ceilings. On a half-level, there is a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The house has hot and cold air conditioning on both floors. Unlimited Wi-Fi, two TVs with access to Netflix & Co., and three Amazon Alexa speakers are available throughout the house.

On the second floor is another bedroom with an en-suite bathroom in the restored vaulted ceiling. From here, you can access the double-panoramic terrace. On the first level of the panoramic terrace is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a portable stovetop, contact grill, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, and an outdoor shower. This is the ideal spot to enjoy the green panorama of the hills and olive trees and the blue of the sea. You can sit comfortably at the table and enjoy a delicious aperitif or have a light snack in the shade of the pavilion.

If you’d rather not go to one of the countless beaches, you can use the two comfortable sun loungers on the second level of the terrace to relax and sunbathe while savoring the magnificent view of the countryside and the sea.

Additional important information:
Thanks to our ideal location, you can easily arrive by car at any time of year and unload your luggage or shopping right in front of CASA SAVI. Unlike other accommodations, which are only accessible on foot due to the narrow streets or the closure of the Centro Storico to cars from April through October, you don’t have to worry about that here. After loading and unloading, you’ll find free parking just a few meters away (near the Convento Sacro Cuore Frati Minori)—subject to availability.

Public parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the townhouse. The house is not wheelchair accessible and is not recommended for children under two years of age due to the many steps. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
