Nice hostes, outdated rooms

The hostes was really nice. However, the room was outdated and the lack of air conditioning was really a problem due to us staying during a really warm period.

Not fair service!

The main is that we've received cheaper room than we've paid. This is unacceptable. Lady explained that should arrive only two people not 2 adults and 2 children (room has been booked correctly 2+2 - miscommunication between expedia and hotel). And therefore we've received smaller room what is nonsense because even single traveler should get the room what has been paid! After all of that Lady said that we've paid less money therefore our room is different than what we've booked. It means that the hotel cheat us or Expedia / Hotels.com. First, I would like to receive refund to cover the difference between higher standard room and more costly and the cheaper one!

Langt under forventningerne!
