Great overall property, location is a bit secluded but very close to bus and tram lines less than a 3 minute walk. Staff is exceptional very friendly and helpful, Breakfast is excellent, there is nothing negative to say about this property.

A slightly older hotel, so the rooms are rather averagely equipped. The location is in good proximity to the Ostravar Arena. Pleasant service, sufficient breakfast. A little worse sealing of the door, so you can hear the noise from the corridor to the room. Good price/performance ratio

not great not horrible, average. carpet, bathroom dated, pictures on website make rooms look larger than they are (the one I stayed in was tiny). rooms have all the essentials incl. coffee tea... The biggest problem is lack of soundproofing - walking through corridors you can hear conversations. Staff helpful, polite. breakfast pretty good, they need to learn how to prepare bacon and chat among the staff was louder that conversation among guests.

Zařízení hotelu poměrně zastaralé, hlavně v pokojích. Chtelo by to menší upgrade, jinak nemůžu říci špatného slova. Snídaně v ceně výborná, i sekt jste si mohli nalít. V hotelové restauraci jsme využili i večeři, musím říct, že vynikající, i servis odpovídá. Všichni jsme byli spokojeni. Parkovné v areálu 100 Kč na den

Stort hotel i utkant av sentrum. Lite restauranter i nærområdet, men det var spisemuligheter på hotellet. Tungvint å komme seg til rommet da en først må ta en heis fra resepsjonen til 2.etg og så ta neste heis videre. Rommet var stort, men senga var hard. Tv'en stod plassert på skrivebordet så det var nesten ikke plass til å sitte og jobbe der med pc.

Kvalitní hotel

Hotel nedaleko Ostravar Arény. Parkování v areálu za poplatek. Pokoj prostorný, dobře zařízený, čistý, vše na jedničku. Jediným minusem je nedostatek elektrických zásuvek v business pokoji. Všechny jsou obsazené instalovanými přístroji či osvětlením, navíc je nutné je hledat pod či za stolem. Velmi omezující a nepraktické pro připojení ntb či nabíječky telefonu. Minibar dobře vybavený. Možnost uvaření kávy a čaje na pokoji. Restaurace vynikající, snídaně velmi bohatá. A personál? Milý, příjemný a vstřícný.

Hotel staff was great, but the rooms could be cleaner, visible stains on the furniture within the hotel room. Also found items within the room which were left by the previous customer. Didn't have time to try the breakfast- no comment. Single bed rooms are very small with an awkward layout, recommend to upgrade to the comfort room.
